Awesome restaurant! Amazing food and staff, everything was delicious and plentiful, and the Flan is to die for!

I had one pupusa, which was great. It was the first time I've had one, so I don't really have any thing to compare it to but I thought it was tasty. I also got Al pastor torta. I usually stay away from tortas because I don't like that type of bread that much, and regretfully wasn't satisfied due to that reason. It was still good though, and the service was great. I look forward to returning to this restaurant to try their paella.

Absolutely outstanding! Best ceviche and the sea bass was out of this world. Even the bread and olive oil was perfect. Oh, and a great mojito. I would put this restaurant in the middle of Manhattan. Definitely come eat here.

Definitely the best dining experience we had on our trip to Winter Park. Food was absolutely perfect and delicious. The patatas bravas and soup asturiana were great, lamb and Paellas on fleek! Flan was killer!!! Neil’s hospitality was amazing and we will definitely be back next trip to winter park. This feels like giving away a great fishing spot. Had our first dinner there Friday and it felt—and more importantly, tasted—like tapas and meals we’ve had in Barcelona, Seville, etc. Ceviche, calamari and the main paella were perfect. Even some nice tastes we didn’t expect. Outdoor vibe was great—Spanish colors, quiet patio with over-the-top service. Hope Paellas is a part of WP for many years to come ... Dang, what did I just give away! 🤫

We want to share our story of kindness and concern the chef and staff of Paellas Restaurant demonstrated on Saturday, 7/25. We stopped by the restaurant Saturday mid-afternoon requesting CO Park to Park Cycling Challenge finish line directions and the staff recognized we needed assistance for mild hypothermia. When we stopped in the restaurant after descending on our bikes from Berthoud Pass to Winter Park in the rain, we instantly exhibited uncontrollable shivering, fumbling fingers, and difficulty concentrating. The staff came to our rescue – offering us towels, dry clothing, and hot tea to reverse the mild hypothermia. Once our symptoms subsided, chef Neil, drove us and our bikes to our nearby rental property. We can never say enough to thank Neil and the staff for their kindness to complete strangers and empathy for our situation. We are forever indebted to them and our story is an amazing reminder we, as a society, should look out for one another. Later that evening, we returned for dinner and had an amazing, delicious, and creative meal with attentive service. Paellas Restaurant is a business locals and visitors should patronize for the food, dining experience, and the amazing staff who represent the ideals of a mountain community. Fantastic. Everything here is good. The Paella Mariscos was perfect, all of the drinks were great, the Flan was also very good. The service is top notch. Not one complaint. Keep it up! Thank you!

Every time I go to Paella's Restaurant I am impressed! The food and the service are better than good. Everything from the rosemary infused oil for the house bread to the perfectly crafted cocktails and house sangria (my favorite)... i am in love with this restaurant. Every item on the menu is worth exploring, I suggest to try them all...

Amazing service, cozy quaint atmosphere. Feels so homey and like a little Spanish village. The food is amazing - and it’s like family and multi course meal all in one! The pupusas and paella are awesome!

Paella's was AMAZING. The ambience inside is so inviting and wonderful. Neil provided very attentive service to our table of four, and he was so good about telling us about menu items. His friendly attitude was so refreshing and warm. The food was DELICIOUS. We ordered two paellas, patatas bravas, and had the chance to try to the tomato bread. Everything was hand crafted and made wonderfully. It tasted just like Spain. The wine was...perfecto! The dessert was delicious and highly recommended. Our group had the best time, and we would highly recommend Paella's for an excellent and authentic experience if you enjoy well-crafted food and wonderful service.

Location is very familiar to us as this places is in the old Carvers house , behind cooper creek square. We had the fish ceviche as a starter. This dish was a 10/10. Tasty and fresh, and big enough to share. For drinks , water , limonada and the house tequila . And for dinner I had the Mediterranean Paella and my daughter had the seafood Paella. Both were excellent. Service was fast and friendly also I will definitely come eat here again.
